Psychometrics is the umbrella name for occupational/ability testing and personality profiling. It is useful in understanding team dynamics, career development and  an individual’s reaction to change.

It can also be used for developing person specifications and saving considerable time and money in recruitment. The types of Psychometric Testing we use are:

  • Metaprogrammes (used for understanding individual and organisation behaviours)
  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicators (measures psychological preferences in how people perceive the world)
  • Spiral Dynamics (based on the theory of human development and measures thinking patterns and readiness for change)
