Online Coaching is an affordable and time effective alternative to face to face coaching. Although we believe that face to face coaching is the gold standard of coaching; being able to work in the moment with the client with their particular issues;  sometimes it just isn’t a practical solution.

Our online coaching packages provide one to one support via a secure internet site. Our packages are issue specific. For instance, we have developed packages to support individuals:

• looking for new roles or changes in career
• returning to work from maternity leave or career breaks
• interim Managers and Directors

and

• understanding the secrets of giving great speeches and presentations or how to be influential when speaking.

Individuals work one to one with the same coach to develop the coaching relationship. The package is a mixture of content (to aid individual learning) and insightful coaching questions. Coachees work with the issues that the client presents, posting new questions to prompt shifts and them towards their outcomes.

Our packages are different to others in that the coachee is coached by a qualified coach and not expected to self coach. So we are able to give coachees access to high levels of expertise at affordable prices.
