Patricia’s background includes 25 years of working in Her Majesty’s Courts Service. Prior to becoming a consultant she was the Operations Manager for the North East Area of London responsible for 6 Magistrates’ Courts and the largest Crown Court in the UK.

Patricia left the Courts Service to work as an independent coach and training facilitator.  Having come from the public sector she is passionate about the difference that can be made by high quality coaches helping people to achieve their potential and understanding the difference between Managing and Leading.

As a coach Patricia works mostly with Managers and Teams to realise and release their potential to become more effective. She coaches leavers from and returners to work and has coached Managers within a large London Primary Care and Health Trust, and Local Authority. Patricia is an NLP Practitioner and is a Coaching Master.
