Lucy is an experienced Coach, Facilitator and Trainer with extensive public sector experience.

Lucy has over 15 years experience within the National Health Service working with Mental Health Trust, Primary Care Trust and Acute Service leading quality improvement, integrated risk management and the use of business techniques and creative thinking techniques to bring about service transformation.

Through structured enquiry and feedback Lucy facilities  people to find their own pathways to success.  Lucy is skilled at working with the individual’s needs and the reality of the organisation within which they work, bringing an unique combination of public sector experience and behavioural knowledge and expertise.

Lucy is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner and Coaching Master and Lucy regular keeps up to date with advances in thinking in this field.

Prior to joining the NHS, Lucy trained as a professional singer and has maintained this interest through continuing to perform. Lucy uses these skills in working with individuals to understand and improve their personal impact.

Lucy’s qualifications include:

• Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner,
• Accredited as a NLP Trainer by the Professional Guild of NLP
• Coaching Master  
• And is an accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching.

Not one to rest on her laurels, Lucy keeps up with advances in the field through regular CPD (continued professional development) and ensures her practice stays fresh through engaging in coaching supervision.
